We will provide a shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying at all the listed hotels (see accommodations page). There is also ample parking at the The Oaks at Plum Creek. If you plan on using Uber/Lyft, we suggest reserving your ride in advance. If you are not using the shuttle service or taxi, please designate a driver. Shuttles will depart the hotels at 4:45 pm Shuttles will depart The Oaks at 11:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
The weather in Colorado can be unpredictable. Please pack accordingly in case there is snow in the forecast. There is ample parking at the Oaks if you plan to drive to the venue. If you plan on using an Uber/Lyft please consider reserving your ride in advance.
