Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1, 2025. We need to provide final headcounts to our venue and transportation service and having your RSVP ensures we can do that accurately. :)

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our guest list was put together with a lot of consideration to our beloved guests and our own budgetary constraints. If you have been given a plus one, we've indicated this on your invitation and in your electronic RSVP form. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, this will be a child-free celebration (ceremony and reception). Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony begins at 5:00 p.m., so we ask that everyone please arrive by 4:45 p.m. Doors to the venue will open at 4:30 p.m. This allows ample time for seating and beginning on schedule. (If you are taking the shuttle service, it will be arriving to the venue by 4:30 p.m.)

How do I utilize the shuttle service from the hotels?

Answer

The shuttle will be picking up guests from both hotels, making one trip to the venue prior to the ceremony, and one trip back to both hotels at the conclusion of the reception. Pickup from Holiday Inn: 3:30 p.m. Departure from Holiday Inn: 3:40 p.m. Pickup from Cicero Grand: 3:45 p.m. Departure from Cicero Grand: 3:55 p.m. Pickup from Kallet Theater post-reception: 10:30 p.m. Departure from Kallet Theater post-reception: 10:45 p.m. *Please note these times have been contracted with the transportation provider and are non-negotiable. Thank you for your punctuality! NOTE: In accordance with a new NYS law, all passengers on a charter bus must wear a seat belt. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it okay to take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you please have your phones away for the duration of the ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture the memories so that you can be part of making them!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our only requests are that you please avoid white and deep purples (eggplant, plum, etc.). Other than that, come in whatever semi-formal attire makes you feel your best!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both be indoors. There is a lovely deck area for guests to explore (weather permitting), but all events are inside.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, and plenty of it! Several free lots are available for our guests. Visit kallettheater.com/about to see a map with highlighted lots. (Recommendation from venue: municipal parking lot behind the bank to the left of the theater or on the street.)
