The ceremony starts promptly at 6:30pm. Ceremony- 6:30pm-7:00pm Cocktail Hour- 7:00pm-8:00pm Reception- 8:00pm-12:00am
The reception is from 8:00pm-12:00am. For those staying at the hotel, the shuttle will bring you back to the hotel at midnight when the reception ends.

Yes. If you plan to utilize the shuttles, please be downstairs at 5:30pm to load up. They will leave promptly at 5:45pm to head to the venue. The shuttles are NOT making multiple trips so please do not be late! Should you wish to drive to the venue yourself, you are absolutely welcome to! There is valet parking along with plenty of complementary parking onsite at the venue. You can expect a 20-25 minute drive.
