Long story short, Quentin and Kahilu hit it off at an NNU Softball house party. They were inseparable the whole night. Kahilu sent a text the next day, but couldn't figure out if Quentin was interested because all he said was "cool". That was his answer to every conversation that was had. The spark started for the couple in the Spring of '22, Quentin and Kahilu both went home for the summer. Quentin was on O'ahu in the Summer of '22 with his family and reached out to Kahilu and see if she wanted to meet up. According to Quentin, Kahilu turned him down and hung out with Mari since she was on island at the time. To this very day, Kahilu has compromised and claimed it was both their faults ;). Fast forward to the Fall of '22 at a country bar called Cowgirls, Kahilu went out with her girls, and Quentin went out with his boys. Seeing each in person re-lit their spark, and it was history from there. Quentin and Kahilu's love is always growing and has recently had a new addition to their love story. They recently got a Yellow Lab by the name of "Gus", which is in relation to Gus Gus(the chunky mouse) from Cinderella. Gus was the biggest of his litter, and his paws are the size of Kahilu's palm. Gus was born on December 2, 2025, and is their little boy!
