Freshfields Village
Just 5 minutes off the island - a great place to walk around with local food, shops, and so much more...Cafe Eugenia is our ABSOLUTE favorite...get the biscuit! You can walk, bike, or drive from the island.
Beach
Kiawah Island beaches are the BEST. Relax, run, or bike on the beach! (The beaches go for miles long and are compact - perfect for running or biking) There is beach access in most neighborhoods, some of our favorites include: West Beach: Boardwalk 18, restrooms and rinse stations available. East Beach: Boardwalk 27, located near the Sanctuary
Pool
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the resort pool located at Night Heron Park
Bike
No better way to see the island! Ride along the hard-packed beach or paved trails. You can make advanced reservations to get bikes delivered to your villa or pick up from two locations: 1) The Sanctuary Bike Pavilion: Located in East Beach Village at The Sanctuary You will find rentals under the green awning in the west-side parking lot. 2) The West Beach Bike Shop: Located at the West Beach Pool Shop, steps from the Villa Front Desk and West Beach Conference Center.
