FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaetlin Van Berkum and James Lovell
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! Dress code is semi-formal attire. Ladies, think midi or floor length dresses. No white please. Gentlemen, think dress shirt, sports coat, or suit. Our venue has a beautiful English garden vibe, so think spring and floral colors!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are warmly welcome to join our wedding celebration when specifically invited on their family's invitation!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll be offering an open bar, providing complimentary drinks for all our guests throughout the celebration.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We understand dietary needs are important! While our RSVP cards won't have a specific dietary section, our catering team has carefully planned a menu with diverse options to ensure every guest can enjoy the celebration comfortably.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We're creating a honeymoon fund in lieu of a traditional wedding registry! Please see registry tab.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Stonebridge Manor offers on-site parking for wedding guests, and you're welcome to leave your vehicle overnight. Please note that parking spaces are limited, so we recommend carpooling or arranging alternative transportation if possible.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our guests comfortably, our invitations will clearly indicate whether you are welcome to bring a plus one. We appreciate your understanding as we carefully plan our special day.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 3pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and enjoy a welcome drink.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! We will have a camcorder passed around through the night and a Photo Booth during the reception and encourage you to take part in both!

Question

How should I RSVP?
