Hotel
We have a block of rooms held here for 07/04/19 – 07/07/19 Our Rate: $109 for Single Queen Rooms, $114 for Double Queen Rooms per night. Cut-off date (date when rooms are no longer available at the group rate): 06/04/19 When making your reservation, please tell them it is for the Kaelynn Olsen & Tyler Flaig Wedding.
Hotel
We have a block of rooms held from 07/03/19 to 07/06/19. Our rate is $129 for a double queen, or single king room. Individual guests will make their reservations from this room block by either calling our hotel directly at 406.442.7500 and mentioning the name of the room block "Olsen Flaig Wedding" or by through the website. The correct dates must be entered to bring up the room block. This block of rooms will be held until June 2, 2019.
Flight
The Helena Regional Airport is the closest to our wedding venue. However, flights may be cheaper into Bozeman or Missoula.
