What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4pm to park and walk to the ceremony area and get settled.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If a plus one was in your formal invitation absolutely, otherwise no you can't bring a date as we had to have a very specific headcount for food and chairs. Please reach out to the couple if you're still unsure.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes as long as you included them in the RSVP response or they're young enough to not eat the provided food/require a chair.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is located right beside and around the reception hall, if you need assistance getting to the ceremony point a golf cart will be there to take people to and from. There will be signs provided for where to go for golf cart pickup.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be vegetarian and gluten free options, if it is something else please reach out to Kaelynn asap and she can ask the caterers if they use what you are concerned about in the food.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered right here on this website! At the top there is a tab that says registry, click on that and you will be able to view our items with links to the store they are at.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not transportation, if you are coming from out of town we highly recommend renting a vehicle for the weekend. There is plenty of parking provided at the venue.
