When and where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP on our website by 08/04/2025. You are welcome to RSVP before this date!

What if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with you. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items on various price ranges or you can bring a card. Our registry can be found here on our website!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazer, or button down with pants. For women, a dress, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. The bride is asking that you refrain from wearing white but encourages jewel tones!

What will the weather be like?
Answer
Although we can’t predict the exact weather, temperatures in Danville in October are typically around 60-40 degrees during the day and below 50 at night. We also sometimes experience rainy weather in the fall so plan accordingly!

Where can I stay?
Answer
While we do not have hotel room blocks reserved, there are many hotels available very close to the venue. Please see our page on Travel for suggestions and more information.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan on arriving at 3:00 pm to give yourself time to get a drink and find a seat before the ceremony begins at 3:30. If you happen to be late, please wait in your car till the ceremony is over.

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
After we say “I do,” we welcome you to join us for cocktail hour where we will serve beer, wine, and light hors d’oeuvres. We will take our seats for dinner at 5:30.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Heck yeah! We will be offering select wine, beer. Our venue does not allow hard liquor and we will stop serving at 8.

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
Select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis. We love your children (we do!) but our venue has a select amount of seating space so unless specified, please arrange accommodations for your kiddos. Thank you and sorry for any inconveniences!
