Once parked, enter the main doors to the reception hall. As you walk through to the back doors and go down the steps, a path will lead you towards the right to the chapel where you can be seated.
Semi-formal: men in suits, slacks, blazers, or jeans, button ups, polos; women in midi dresses, sundresses, long skirts, blouses, pant outfits, or something in that manner. NO: sage green OR white (wedding colors)
Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invite includes a plus one, they’re absolutely welcome!
Food: taco bar will be our dinner item, which is served by Ted's catering, including chips and dip Drinks: dirty soda bar & dirty coffee bar, as well as water Desserts: freshly made mini donuts (cinnamon/sugar & powdered) by Pearl's Mini Donuts
Ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. We advise you to arrive 20-30 minutes before ceremony time to allow for hellos, quick bathroom breaks, and to get settled in.
This is a non-alcoholic event. Any alcohol brought onto property and found will be given a $1,000 fine.
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding. Please allow the photographer/videographer to do their job. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day, BUT feel free to take as many pics and vids during the reception!
The ceremony will be held inside the chapel found behind the reception building, to the right. It has both heating and air conditioning to accommodate for the weather. The reception will be held inside the main building where food can be found, and outside by the gazebo where games can be played along with music.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, please take a look at our registry section of the website. You can have it by wedding time for there will be a designated table or delivered to 18413 Rodeo Trail, Norman, OK 73072. We will also have a wedding card box at our reception.
