Jordan and Kaelyn met in the summer of 2012, right after Kaelyn graduated high school. With their friends in a relationship, they were obligated to spend the summer as a group and created a friendship between them. The summer ended and Jordan and Kaelyn went their separate ways. After many failed social media commenting attempts, one failed long-term relationship, the ending of a "bachelor" lifestyle, and six long years, the two finally went on their first date. That night was the beginning of their "Untraditional Love Story". Kaelyn was a bit apprehensive at first, but after realizing Jordan was "the one", they both dove right into their relationship...actually, they cannonballed. They jumped so deep, they landed themselves right into pregnancy and shocked everyone. Kamdyn Ann Cabral was born October 20, 2019, 6 days after their one-year anniversary. Though unconventional, with handfuls of odds stacked against them, Jordan and Kaelyn flourished. They fell deeper in love, started their family, and began a life. On the top of a mountain, with a panoramic view, Jordan proposed. In true Jordan fashion, he popped the question on February 29, 2020, so it only had to be celebrated every few years. Jordan and Kaelyn had originally planned for a 2023 wedding, but as the reasons they were waiting dwindled, the two decided to move up their plans. Why wait? Today, Kaelyn and Jordan have bought a house, started a company, supported each other in career and educational changes, and so much more.
