Where are you getting married?

Answer

Our venue is 'The Willow Ballroom & Event Center' located in Hood, CA, just a short drive from Elk Grove and Sacramento.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP's closed on May 1st, 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask guests to dress in formal attire. For ladies, we request floor-length gowns, and for gentlemen, suits and ties. We kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing butter or pastel yellow, as these colors will be worn by our bridal party. Evenings can get chilly, so we recommend bringing a jacket or wrap to stay comfortable throughout the night.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your formal invitation will include the names of all invited guests. If it is addressed to you 'and Guest,' you are welcome to bring a plus one. If not, we kindly ask that you attend without an additional guest so we can stay within our venue’s capacity and celebrate with everyone on our guest list.

Are we able to substitute guests if someone on the invite can’t attend?

Answer

We intentionally invited those named on the formal invitation! Due to the limited guest capacity, we kindly ask that no guest substitutions be made. If someone on your invite is unable to attend, please RSVP on their behalf with a 'no.' This will allow us to offer their spot to another loved one on our guest list.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones; however, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless a child’s name is specifically included on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating this special day with you!

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests arrive by 4:00 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. To ensure a seamless experience, late arrivals will be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate individual dietary requests as our caterer is providing a fixed set menu. If you have a severe allergy and are concerned, please reach out so we can help you determine whether the menu will be safe for you.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Valet parking will be available for up to 100 vehicles at our venue. To help ensure there's enough space for everyone, we kindly encourage guests to carpool or consider using Uber/Lyft if staying nearby.
