Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the ceremony and reception is Cocktail Attire, and we recommend to error on the side of formal if you are unsure. The ceremony will be taking place on grass, so please take that into consideration for footwear.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests must arrive no later than 3:30 PM. Guests utilizing the shuttle from the hotel should board the shuttle at 2:30 PM, with the shuttle leaving at 2:45 PM. The shuttle will arrive to the ceremony at 3:15 PM.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your "Plus 1" status will be indicated on your invitation, and it will show up when you RSVP. Only guests (and plus 1) given spots on the RSVPs are invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As indicated on your invitation and corresponding RSVP spot. We have accounted for every person listed on the RSVP link. If your children show on that spot, then yes! If not, we ask that they do not attend.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. This is an event intended for the Wedding Party, and close family. If you are expected to attend this event, you will know in advance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There is a shuttle (bus) provided to take guests from the primary hotel (The Inn at Lewisburg) to the venue with a return trip at the end of the night. The shuttle will board at 2:30 PM in the parking lot of the primary hotel, and exit promptly at 2:45 PM. The shuttle will also be available at the end of the night (10:30 PM) to take guests back to the primary hotel. Guests who do not choose to utilize the shuttle to arrive at the venue, may leave vehicles at the venue overnight and use the bus if needed to return to the hotel. Guests who leave vehicles at the venue overnight must retrieve them before noon on Sunday.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be provided buffet-style. Guests with allergies are expected to make their selection at the buffet on their own. If you have a very specific food allergy, please reach out to the groom at 484-866-3244.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is ample parking at the venue. Guests are able to leave vehicles over night as needed. Vehicles left at the venue should be retrieved by noon on Sunday.
