FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaeli Wilson and Sorin Tabara
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab here on our website and RSVP at any time. We will also include a paper RSVP with our formal invitations if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Kindly respond by Sunday September 6th, 2026. Your timely response is greatly appreciated, as it will allow us to thoughtfully finalize arrangements for our celebration. We sincerely look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you.

Question

Do I need to RSVP?

Answer

Yes, you MUST RSVP! We have to turn in numbers to our vendors by a certain deadline so RSVPing is essential to ensure that all guests are accounted for. Please let us know if you can't attend as soon as possible.

Question

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by Sunday September 6th, 2026, you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean that you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but can no longer make it, Please notify Kaeli as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our celebration as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you have received a plus one it will appear on your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a formal black-tie celebration. We kindly invite our guests to dress in elegant evening attire that reflects the sophistication of the occasion. For gentlemen, this includes tuxedos or formal dark suits. For ladies, floor-length gowns, pantsuits or refined formal dresses are encouraged. To complement the overall aesthetic of our day, we ask that guests select outfits within a neutral color palette—such as black, brown, champagne, taupe, beige, gray, or soft metallics. Your thoughtful attire will help create a timeless, cohesive, and beautifully curated atmosphere as we celebrate together. Check out the "Guest Attire" tab for more inspiration.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Please plan to arrive by 4:30pm to find seating.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour atmosphere. The reception will take place indoors inside the ballroom. We recommend keeping this in mind when selecting your attire and footwear.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! Please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end promptly at 11pm. While we hope you’ll stay and celebrate with us until the end, guests are welcome to depart at any time as they please.
