We are so excited to celebrate with you! Our wedding ceremony is Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 4:30 pm. Reception to follow. In addition to the wedding itself, we have put together a full weekend of "Bonus Events" for guests who would like to spend more time at the venue (and enjoy camp activities!).
These Bonus Events are all at the venue and are completely optional so you can choose what fits your plans and budget. All costs listed are per person. Friday: -4:00pm: Check-in for overnight guests -6:00pm: Welcome Dinner ($45). Buffet style with beer, wine, seltzer. Saturday: -9:00am: Breakfast ($35). -10:00-11:30am: Games! Think field day meets minute-to-win-it vibes. -4:00pm: Ceremony. Cocktail hour and reception to follow! -11pm: After party- Campfire Sunday: -9:00am: Brunch ($35). -11:00am: Check-out cut-off! All guests must be off property by noon. Cabin Lodging ($79 per night). Note: a $35 one time fee for bedding rentals will be due at check-in or bring your own at no cost. Please ensure your RSVP accurately reflects which Bonus Events you'd like to join. Kaeli or Dom will send a Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle request based on your response. We recognize there is a food gap between breakfast and the reception on Saturday where folks may get hungry. We are working to figure out a light lunch plan.
Yes! All guests are free to play tennis, basketball, kickball, baseball, softball, or soccer on site. Water sports available on Saturday.
We would appreciate if you RSVP ASAP but please no later than July 10, 2026. If you'd like to change your RSVP selections, please email: kaelidomwedding@gmail.com
Given budgetary and space constraints, all invites will have names or "plus one" on their invite if a plus one is invited.
While we love all of your children, only children specifically mentioned on your invitation are invited. Please reach out to Kaeli or Dom personally if this will impact your ability to attend.
Beer, wine, and seltzers will be provided Friday. We will have an open bar at Saturday cocktail hour and reception. Please feel free to bring your own alcohol to enjoy at other times during the weekend.
There is a section on the RSVP to note any food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
We are very grateful that you are considering getting us a gift, but please do not feel obligated. We understand a lot of people may be traveling for the wedding, and the expenses for that add up. Your presence will be a gift in itself! If you still feel so inclined, please explore the "Registry" tab
Swimming and use of the camp water vessels is allowed when a lifeguard is on-duty which is limited to Saturday daylight hours. If you bring your own water vessel, you can also use it Friday or Sunday during daylight hours at your own risk. We are hoping to get our motorboat out for rides and possibly waterskiing... No water sports or swimming at nighttime is allowed.
Please do not take pictures or use your phone during the wedding ceremony. However, we encourage you to take as many pictures as you would like for any other times throughout the weekend!
Weather permitting- the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors on sand and grass. The reception to follow will be indoors.
There is ample parking that is a short walk to the ceremony site. There will be a golf cart available for those who may appreciate this.
If you have any other questions that are not listed here, please reach out to us (Kaeli and Dom) at our wedding email: kaelidomwedding@gmail.com
