RSVP for the Wedding & Dinner Selection: Thursday, January 15th, 2026 We are asking all of our guests to please let us know if you will be joining us no later than January 15th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP you will be considered 'not attending'. Booking Rooms: March 03rd, 2026 Reservations requests received after 5:00 p.m. local time at “THE HOTEL” on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis at the best available current group rate. If the original group rate is still available “THE HOTEL” will honor this rate for The Group.
We're so excited you can make it! We've had to be really mindful of our guest list size and unfortunately, we're not able to offer plus-ones to everyone.
The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be taking place outside.
The ceremony will be taking place on the Ocean Lawn (we will be in the grass). Ladies- Dresses: Opt for flowy maxi or midi styles in lightweight, breathable fabrics like chiffon, silk, cotton, or linen. These catch the breeze beautifully and feel elegant at sunset Colors & Prints: Embrace soft pastels (blush, mint, seafoam), sunset shades (coral, goldenrod), or delicate botanicals and coastal tones . Style: Avoid overly casual sundresses; instead, choose silhouettes that feel wedding‑ready—think wrap, off‑shoulder, halter, or low‑slit styles . Shoes: No flip‑flops! Choose wedges, espadrilles, platform sandals, or embellished flats—all dressy enough for an oceanfront event Accessories: Small clutch, sun hat or shawl for breezy moments, plus delicate pearls, seashell jewelry, or subtle statement pieces Gents- Attire: Aim for smart-casual to semi-formal. Light-colored linen or cotton pants—tans, soft greys, or pastels are preferred over black. Shirt: Crisp button-down (short or long sleeve) or linen dress shirt. Shoes: Loafers, espadrilles or nice sneakers. No flip‑flops!
The resort will have golf carts shuttling people to and from the ceremony location to the cocktail/reception location.
Should you need a different food option please let the bride or groom know so we can work to accommodate you.
In the event of rain, the ceremony will be relocated to the The Chapel and the cocktail/reception will be relocated to the Ballroom. The resort staff will accommodate all guests with transportation to and from each of the 2 new locations.
