Immanuel and Kaela saw each other on the first day of school, freshman year at Berea College. Kaela always had a thing for the stud who always sat in the third row but never dreamed they'd actually meet. Class after class, semester after semester their meetings became more consistent. In August 2021, they were finally introduced by mutual friends at the Kentucky State Fair and a desire for friendship was sparked in Kaela. Over the next few months, they became friends and as their friendship grew so did their desire to be something more. January 2022, Immanuel and Kaela went on their first date, but unforeseen circumstances kept them from growing closer romantically. That year they went on great adventures, but little did they know their greatest adventure was yet to come. February 23, 2023, Immanuel couldn't resist asking Kaela out for their 'second first' date! On that same sweet date on February 23, 2024 in Cambridge England, he asked Kaela to be his forever partner. She said yes to him, and a life time of new adventures!
