To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. We do not have the option of a paper RSVP, so please direct any questions that you may have to Kaela. Kindly RSVP before October 1, 2025 at the latest. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after the date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline-you will be missed!
The ceremony will begin on time punctually at 12:15 PM. Please arrive no later than 12:13 PM. You will be allowed to be seated at 12:00 PM. But keep in mind if you arrive after 12:13 PM, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. Of course, you will still be able to attend the cocktail hour and reception! Thank you so much for understanding.
Please wear whatever you would like, except no jeans or sneakers. But if you would like a dress code, shoot for Semi-Formal attire. We would love for the gentlemen to wear dress pants with a suit jacket for possible chilly air, and for the ladies to wear a semi-formal dress. The wedding is at noon in early November, so the weather is up in the air.
The ceremony will be held outside while the cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. Keep in mind our wedding is in early November so please plan for possible chilly autumn air or the possibility of a warmer day. For reference in Audubon, PA it was a high of 82 F on November 7, 2024 and on November 8, 2024 it was a high of 69 F.
All of our beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing burgundy and mauve, while our groomsmen will be wearing a tan. Our parents will be wearing a shade of dark purple. If you would prefer, please refrain from any burgundies or dark purple in your dress. If you are unable to, that is 100% fine!
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! The reception will have a seating chart with name tags indicating your assigned table and seat. Even though we have assigned tables, we encourage mingling to the highest degree. Meet some old and new family and friends!
Yes, there will be parking on-site at the John James Audubon Center with easy access to our ceremony! Our reception venue also has absolutely plenty of parking so no worries at all! Between the ceremony and reception, it's about a 15 minute drive.
Due to our reception being held at a church, unfortunately, we are unable to have alcohol on the premises.
Actually, yes we were able to accommodate everyone's children (thank you Fairview Village)! Because this is being held at Kaela's church, there are multiple spaces for children and teens to hang out. This way if our little guests get bored we have you covered! We only ask that during the Bride and Groom's first dance that children be held closely to their tables, so they can enjoy it fully.
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to gift us something our registry tab is located at the top of our website. You can either send it to our address listed at the top of our registry or bring it to the reception where we will have a gift table. Or if you would rather to contribute to our Athens and Crete Honeymoon, we will have a card box where you could put it there or in our Honeymoon Fund on our registry.
Yes and no. For those who were given a plus one we have indicated that extra guest on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest." For families, it will list "(your name) & Family" or "The (your last name) Family." When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Otherwise, we ask that you do not bring a plus one unless indicated on your envelope. For those with a plus one, please let Kaela know the name of your guest; so we can make them a place setting.
