Yes, there will be no phones allowed during the ceremony, but at the end the officiant will allow for photos before the bridal party exit.

Can I show up without RSVP'n

Yes, sure we understand life happens and things change, but if you do not RSVP before 11/3/23 your seat and plate is not guaranteed.
