Our go-to spot for biking and running around Leadville in the summer! The Mineral Belt Trail is a 17 mile loop around Leadville, and you can hop on about two blocks from FREIGHT. There are also a number of single-track dirt trails for mountain biking/running/hiking off the main paved trail!
World-famous outdoor fleece clothing, made by hand here in Leadville! If you can brave the lines, we would highly suggest stopping in.

The historic Leadville railroad runs scenic trips up into the mountains around Leadville - a fun way to get a sense of the area and its history, as well as check out the beautiful scenery (including wildflowers! : )

Historic Matchless Mine is located in the mining district (near the ceremony site) and is open to the public all summer!
