We are currently planning to start the ceremony at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you have time to get settled before we begin. Timing may adjust slightly, and we’ll keep you updated if anything changes.
Yes—both the ceremony and reception will take place at Ashton Hill Farm.
We invite our guests to dress in black tie and formal attire. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or casual attire.
While we love your little ones (we have kids too!), this will be an adults-only celebration. We want everyone to relax and fully enjoy the evening with us.
The ceremony will be held outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.
True Midwesterners know Iowa weather can be unpredictable. That said, August is right in the middle of summer, so you can expect it to be warm—typically around 80–90°F. Plan accordingly and dress comfortably for the heat.
