Covid can’t keep our spirits down! We are so thankful to be celebrating our wedding in the midst of it all. Thank you for joining us! We do acknowledge, however, the seriousness of the pandemic and will be taking appropriate precautions at the ceremony and reception. We have limited our guest list and will ask our guests to please respect the precautions we set in place. Our plan is to provide hand sanitizer stations and masks if you do not bring your own. We also will be providing an optional bracelet that indicates that you are being extra cautious with being socially distanced. There will be absolute respect with whatever works best for each of our guests. During the ceremony, our wedding party will not be wearing masks. It will be up to each guest to decide if they will wear a mask when seated and throughout the rest of the evening. For the reception and dinner, our table settings will be safely distanced and we will be outside. Because we will have attendees that are immuno-compromised, we expect each of our guests to use their best judgement with their behavior. If you have symptoms, please do not attend. We all want to experience this beautiful day together safely! We truly thank each of you again for sharing this day and celebrating with us!
We met in our freshman Public Communications class at Biola University! Cameron just couldn't help but ask Kaelyn out on a coffee date. After being just friends for a little bit, we fell for each other and have been together ever since!
The weekend after Kaelyn's 24th birthday, Cameron surprised her! He had decorated a family friend's boat in the Newport Marina and he sneakily had her follow him to go check out the boat. Kaelyn thought maybe it was a late birthday surprise or an early Valentine's Day surprise. She knew it couldn't be the proposal because Cameron hadn't yet gone to Eugene to formally ask her dad! (He actually had and she didn't know it!) Cameron proposed to her at sunset on a beautiful, sunny day. He then took her back to his families home where 45 of her closest family and friends were there to celebrate them and their engagement. .
