Gregory and Kadyn first met in middle school at Vineyard Junior High, where they instantly became each other’s very first crush in 8th grade. From the beginning, they just clicked. They would spend hours on FaceTime, talking late into the night until 2 or 3 in the morning, never wanting the conversation to end. When they both started high school together, Gregory would walk Kadyn to class every day and make a point to find her at lunch, greeting her with the biggest hug and the most charming smile. Throughout junior high and high school, Gregory asked Kadyn out a few times, but she turned him down — eventually leading him to take a break from pursuing her. Fate had other plans. During their junior year of high school, when school moved online because of COVID, Gregory and Kadyn reconnected. Gregory invited her over, and on October 1, 2020, he officially asked Kadyn to be his girlfriend. From that moment on, they’ve been inseparable. They graduated high school together, traveled together, and moved to Arizona to start college, where they spent four amazing years building a life side by side. They created countless memories, went on spontaneous adventures, and supported each other through every challenge — always pushing one another to grow and loving each other unconditionally. After five incredible years together, during a short trip home to California in August 2025, Gregory got down on one knee and proposed. And the rest is history.
