Our journey began in the most modern way possible—on Instagram. Tyler noticed Kady’s follow and, intrigued by her profile and the mutual friend who mentioned she lived in Austin, he decided to take a chance and send her a direct message. Little did we know that a simple DM would be the start of our beautiful love story.

Our first date was at Top Golf. The evening was filled with laughter and friendly competition, but on the way home, Kady found herself in tears. Tyler, confused, thought they were already a couple. In that tender moment of misunderstanding, Tyler officially asked Kady to be his girlfriend. Without hesitation, she said yes, and that was the start of our wonderful relationship.

Tyler, always thoughtful and meticulous, waited eight months after buying the engagement ring to propose. He wanted everything to be perfect, including asking Kady’s parents for their blessing in person. When the moment finally arrived, it was intimate and heartfelt, making it worth every minute of the wait.

We celebrated our engagement with a beautiful photo shoot on April 13th in South Austin, capturing the joy and excitement of our love.
