They first laid eyes on each other working at Federal Express. They eventually became friends and even classmates at the University of Memphis. Kadijah made the first move and gave Korbin her number just to talk or whenever he needed help with any of his homework. He eventually mustered up the courage to ask Kadijah out to a movie and ice cream. 5 years later they are still happily together and ready to jump the broom!

As many of their friends and family know they love to travel the world. On one of their many trips they decided to go a wonderful cruise through the Caribbean. Korbin took Kadijah to a candlelight private dinner at a steakhouse on board. They were seated with rose petals all around right under the moonlight. Everything was delicious to the exquisite taste of wine selection to the juicy steak and chicken they had. Then here comes dessert a ring on a bed of roses inside a caramel cocoon with " Will you marry me" on the side of the bowl. Korbin got down on one knee and ask for Kadijah's hand in marriage. She said yes with a smile and gave him a big hug and kiss.
