What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts PROMPTLY at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes early. If you are taking the shuttle from the hotel, please be down in the lobby (ready to leave) by 3:55PM. It will leave for the wedding venue PROMPTLY at 4:00PM.

Your wedding invitation will indicate whether you have a plus one or not.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children – thank you for your understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We have 25 hotel rooms blocked at Tru by Hilton - Shepherdsville Louisville South. They are $137 a night and the special URL can be found on the Travel tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely. Please let the bride or groom know when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The wedding venue has 154 available parking spots. You are allowed to leave your car overnight, however, it MUST be picked up between 9-11AM the next morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We have rented two school buses that will take guests from the hotel to the wedding venue at 4:00PM and then from the wedding venue to the hotel at 11:00PM.
