What should I wear?

Answer

Marco Island's average temperature in October is between 87(*F) and 68(*F). The dress will be semi formal (think dressy beach resort, no shorts or jeans) and It is a beach wedding, so feel free to take your shoes off for the ceremony. We will have a shoe station set up on the beach for your shoes with a few chairs to help you when you put them back on prior to the Cocktail hour.

Can I bring additional guests? Example, my children or a plus one

Answer

We are limited to a certain amount of guests, so we ask that only those addressed on your invitation attend our wedding. Thank you for understanding.

When do I need to rsvp for your wedding

Answer

We do need an accurate head count for the venue by August 15, 2022, so please ensure you respond by then.

When do I need to RSVP? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible online, but you have until August 15, 2022.

Where are the Ceremony and Reception taking place?

Answer

Our Ceremony will be held on the beach in front of the Marco Ocean Beach Resort. The Marco Ocean Beach Resort will offer complementary Valet parking for our guests or you can walk from your hotel if you are close by. The Cocktail hour and dinner will be on the terrace also located at the Marco Ocean Beach Resort immediately after the ceremony. The reception and dancing will continue into the adjacent ballroom around 8:30pm.

What should I do if I can not make it?

Answer

We will miss you, but understand not everyone can make it. Please RSVP, so we know that you can not make it.

Are my kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but unless your children were on your invitation, please make arrangements ahead of time for your children. Our venue has a maximum number of guests permitted.

Is there a hotel room block? Where should we stay?

Answer

We do not have a room block, but there are plenty of accommodations available. We have a room at the JW Marriott and at the Marco Ocean Beach Resort. The Marco Ocean Beach Resort are individually owned units, so you would have to rent through Vacasa, VRBO or Airbnb for this location and there is a 3 night minimum at this location. The JW Marriott is approximately 2 resorts away and you can book online or call to book a room. The Hilton is also only a few resorts away and can also be booked online or by calling.
