These two souls met like all great couples do, completely by accident and over amazing food. Kadie was on her 1st ever visit to New Orleans with her sister and travel partner Kathy for Essence festival in 2022. The pair of sisters were blown away by the culture and food that the city had in abundance, but a dozen char grilled oysters from the Creole House Restaurant & Oyster Bar ensured that these ladies would be booking another trip to Nola for October of the following year. In October of 2023 Jordan had recently moved to New Orleans to continue to pursue his career as an artist, and in doing so he acquired a few different gigs around the city. One of his most unlikely gigs being a new waiter at a rather popular local restaurant called the Creole House Restaurant & Oyster Bar. On Friday October 27, 2023, the two sisters visited the Creole House Restaurant & Oyster Bar with only the highest hopes for their return visit. Unbeknownst to anyone involved, this restaurant and oyster bar that brought these ladies back to a city thousands of miles from their apartment in New Jersey, would also be the place that brought this beautiful couple together for the very first time. Jordan & Kadiann instantly connected, exchanged numbers, and have been inseparable ever since!
