Is there a dress code?

Answer

We're all about an opportunity to get dressed up! For the ladies, we recommend elevated cocktail dresses (long or short, whatever you're feeling!). And for the guys, formal suits or slacks with sport coats. We also recommend comfortable shoes as the ceremony and reception will be on grass (plus a lot easier to dance when not in stilettos!).

Are kids welcome?

While we love your children, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only event so everyone can relax and enjoy the party.

Can I bring a date?

We're keeping the guest list limited to those named on the invitation, but we're excited to see you and celebrate!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

There is plenty of parking available at Wente.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We absolutely love the scenery at Wente and hope you will too! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors throughout the property. While we are hoping for amazing weather, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket as spring evenings can be on the cooler side.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:30pm - 5:45pm to enjoy some bubbly or lemonade and mingle with your fellow guests. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00pm.

I'm traveling into town, where should I stay?

Answer

We have 2 room blocks at the Homewood Suites and Residence Inn in Livermore. They share a parking lot and are right next to the Livermore Outlets. Please check the "Travel" tab for links for booking.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

There are 3 airports available in the Bay Area. Oakland (OAK) and San Jose (SJC) are closer to the venue while San Francisco (SFO) is a bit further out but still an Uber/Lyft away.
