Camden and Kadence’s story begins under the silhouette of the Flatirons in beautiful Boulder, Colorado. They met through mutual friends in college and had their first date at a pumpkin patch. From that moment, Camden was completely enamored with Kadence and would find any excuse to run into her in the halls of the business school. They quickly bonded over good friends and good music, and soon became inseparable. In the summer of 2018, after a wonderful evening watching fireworks at Coors Field, Kadence asked Camden to make it official. The sparks kept flying in those early days, with late nights of dancing under the stars at Red Rocks. Kadence then tested their new love by studying abroad for a semester in the vibrant city of Barcelona, Spain. Determined not to let distance dim the spark, Camden flew to Spain to visit her. After walking the cobblestone streets and sharing many tapas, he knew Kadence was the one. Back in Colorado, they continued dating through college and both graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in the spring of 2020. If you remember your history, you’ll remember it was a turbulent time, but in the ever changing landscape of the world, Camden and Kadence’s love stayed steady. Two years after graduating, they moved into their new home together and began a new chapter with their wonderful dogs, Bronx and Tahoe, supporting each other through their careers and young adult lives. Camden always knew Kadence was the one, but he also knew she deserved her dream ring. After saving up, he just needed to find the right time and place to ask her to spend the rest of her life with him. During a vacation to Los Cerritos, Mexico, in March 2025, he found the perfect moment. Under a pastel sky at sunset, Camden got down on one knee in the sand and asked Kadence to marry him. She said yes! This journey has brought them back to where it all began, beneath the beautiful sky of Boulder, Colorado, and they can’t wait to celebrate with their family and friends!
