Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any other questions or need clarification about anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
Question

How and when should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 7th, 2027. If we do not receive a RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will have to remove you from our guest list. If you are certain that you are unable to attend due to previous commitments, please RSVP "no" as soon as possible. You can RSVP virtually using our website!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM and no earlier than 3:30 PM. This ensures plenty of time to park, grab a program, and be seated before the ceremony promptly begins at 4:00 PM.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless clearly listed on your invitation. We hope that you take this opportunity to have a kids-free night out!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception take place at the same location. There is plenty of free parking on-site available for guests. If it is possible, we do recommend to carpool to maximize parking space.

Question

Is the ceremony or reception outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside, but it will be under a pavilion so that rain or intense sunshine will not be an inconvenience! The reception will be held inside, but guests are able to easily mingle in between both indoor and outdoor activities. There are concrete walkways between the two locations, so, ladies, your heels will be protected- unless you choose to be in the grass!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We encourage guests to dress to impress! The official dress code is between formal and cocktail attire. Men can be as fancy as tailored suits or be comfortable in a dress shirt and slacks. Ladies can wear long, midi, or above-the-knee dresses with heels or dressy flats.

Question

What drinks will be provided?

Answer

Our wedding will be an alcohol-free event, but there will be a bar on-site that provides a variety of other beverages including most soda, lemonade, and tea. We will also be providing non-alcoholic champagne for toasts.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate plus-ones unless clearly specified on your invitation.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding registry is available on this website. Should you feel more comfortable bringing a gift to our wedding, we will have a cards and gifts table available. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for your generosity!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony and to please silence their phones before the ceremony begins. Abby Jean is a phenomenal photographer and is more than capable to capture the day’s special moments! Please feel free to snap pictures the rest of the night and to share them with the couple!

Question

How do I know where to sit?

Answer

For the ceremony, there will be 2-3 rows reserved on each side to accommodate space for the bride and groom’s families. There is no ceremony assigned seating for guests, but ushers will be available to help guests find a seat. Reception seating charts will be available for guests to identify their table.

Question

What if I'm late?

Answer

It happens! If time is against you and 4:00 pm has passed before you've arrived, we ask that you park in the parking lot and please refrain from joining the ceremony until it is over. The ceremony is held outside and so any noises, such as slamming car doors shut, will be disruptive.

Question

What is the wedding itinerary?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Immediately following the ceremony will be "social hour," which includes cornhole, large Connect-Four, several table games (think UNO, Sorry, etc.), and a photobooth! The Grand Entrance will take place at approximately 5:45 pm. Dinner will be served at 6:00 pm. Dessert will be served by 7:15. And then, we dance the night away!

Question

What is dinner going to be like?

Answer

Dinner will be served at approximately 6:00 pm, and it will be served buffet-style with attendees available. Main entree choices include chicken breast with white wine sauce and mostaccioli with rustic meat sauce. Sides include herb roasted red potatoes, whole green beans, garden greens with classic dressing options, and fresh dinner rolls.

Question

Are there hotel blocks available?

Answer

While we are not providing hotel blocks for traveling guests, we have provided a list of nearby hotels under the "Travel" tab.
