Long story short, we met at a house party and never looked back! We truly had the opportunity to grow together. We did NOT have it all figured out or have it together. We believed in one another and wanted to start something new. God allowed us to learn from each other and push each other out of our comfort zones. Faith got us here. After graduating from Auburn University, we eventually moved in together (he was a nursing student at Troy University at the time). This was not a traditional choice, but it worked for us. To be honest, we did a lot of things that "tradition" did not agree with, however, we never lost sight of what we both wanted, which was to be together. Yes, we experienced many things together, but growing together made our love stronger. I think if we met each other with everything "figured out", we would not honor and appreciate each other the same way. The love we share is powerful. Love is powerful.
