What's the dress code?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception are Black Tie Optional. We know that our lovely guests will be enjoying the water park possibly before or after our wedding. However, we ask that you hang up the swimsuits for the evening and come celebrate with us in formal attire.

What time should you arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3 p.m on September 8th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Are the ceremony and reception locations in the same building?

Answer

Yes they are!! Our ceremony will be held in the Indigo Room, while our reception will be held in the Zambezi River Room directly down the hall! Less travel time equals more party time!

How much is parking?

Answer

Parking is FREE whether you're just coming for the evening or are staying at the resort. Parking is FREE!!

Where should I park for the ceremony and/or reception?

Answer

If you are not staying at the Kalahari Resort, please park and enter through Entrance B of the Convention Center.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Unfortunately even though we all wont want the fun to end, the reception does conclude at 11 p.m.
