MAY NOT BE OPEN DEPENDING ON WEATHER CONDITIONS Things to Know: -The entrance fee at Cedar Breaks is $15 per person (ages 16 & older) and is good for 7 days -National Park passes including the Annual, Senior, and Veteran pass are all honored at Cedar Breaks National Monument -Hwy 148 through Cedar Breaks is closed to automobiles in the winter and is generally open to vehicle traffic from late May to mid-November -Cedar Breaks is 10,000 feet in elevation, so be prepared for cooler weather and the altitude change
Things to Know: -If you enter the park in a motorized vehicle, the entrance fee is $35 and covers both you and your passengers -If you park outside of Zion and walk in, the entrance fee is $20 per person -There are multiple hiking trails in a variety of difficulties -A scenic road goes all the way through the park -Arrive early (before 10AM), as parking fills up inside the park and then private vehicles may not be able to enter

If not, Brian Head Resort is still beautiful and is the highest elevation resort in Utah! -Winter season generally begins mid-November through mid-April. Things to Know: -Kolob Canyons is open year-round, but sees most its visitors March through November -Visitors to Kolob Canyons in Zion National Park delight in its remote, road-less-traveled feel -Kolob Fingers Road Scenic Byway is a 5.5 mile drive that showcases narrow parallel box canyons -The road ends at the Kolob Canyons Viewpoint, which doubles as the trailhead for the Timber Creek Overlook Trail. It’s just a half-mile to the overlook, which offers sweeping vistas of brilliant 2,000-foot red cliff walls and a panorama of the Colorado Plateau's canyon country
