Yes! Please RSVP for your individual kiddos so we can plan food and activities accordingly.
The ceremony is on uneven and grassy terrain, however there is a cement patio that will have a view of the ceremony if your mobility devices are not all terrain appropriate. Please notify Kacie (Contact info above) if you have extra mobility needs that need to be accounted for. We want to make everything as accessible as possible for you!
There will be a shuttle to and from hotels in Spring Valley, Preston, and Lanesboro. Please contact Kacie if you are outside of that range (Rochester) and will be needing additional transportation - if there is enough interest a shuttle to Rochester will be arranged. We will have taxi information at the venue to ensure everyone is safe getting back to their residence.
No dress code! We recommend semi-formal, but wear whatever you are most comfortable in for a September wedding. The ceremony is on grassy terrain so be careful with shoe choices. The reception is indoors.
Please do! We want to be as open as possible for dietary needs. Please contact Kacie as soon as possible to make accommodations for dietary needs.
Yes there is parking at the venue.
Please RSVP by August 15th, thank you!
We will move our ceremony from the grassy area near the reception hall - to in the reception hall! Times remain the same.
