Shuttle/Uber/Carpool

PLEASE READ Due to limited parking space at the Spychalla household, we ask that if you plan on spending most of the day and night celebrating with us, to please be thoughtful and make prior drop off and pick up arrangements. Carpooling is HIGHLY recommended. There will be a shuttle that can take people to and from our house to the hotel. We also suggest, even if you are not staying at the hotel, to park at the hotel and take the shuttle to and from. Ubering/Lifting can be tricky in our neck of the woods, we recommend if you plan on going this route to schedule a pick up prior to day of wedding. We hope to keep the limited spots for people not drinking and or who can not spend the whole night with us. We appreciate your understanding.

Best Western Plus White Bear Country Inn

You unfortunately can not make a reservation online if you'd like to get the discount in our room block. Call the hotel and say you are calling to book in the Spychalla/Leverty Wedding room block. We were only allowed to reserve 20 rooms! So FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! If all 20 rooms are booked, you may be able to book a room at this hotel but you will not receive the group discount rate. LAST DAY to book a hotel room under the block if there are still rooms available is 8/5/24.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Spychalla Household

September 7, 2024 3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

We will have the shuttle go back and forth twice for before the wedding. The first shuttle run will leave at 3:45pm and the second/last shuttle will leave NO LATER than 4:15pm.

September 7, 2024 10:30 pm - 12:30 am

The shuttle will be running back and forth from the house to the hotel starting at 10:30pm and last shuttle will leave at 12:15am.
