If you’re looking for a fun night out, we highly recommend checking out Pins Mechanical! Grab a drink, try your hand at duckpin bowling, or explore the pinball machines scattered throughout the space. This is one of our favorite spots—we come here often with friends and always have a great time. Since we both love to bowl, it’s a place that feels especially “us,” and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! 🎳
2nd Street Market
The Second Street Market is one of our favorite Sunday spots—perfect for wandering, discovering new foods, and supporting local vendors. It’s a great place to explore small businesses, pick up unique finds, and try something new each visit. If you go, we highly recommend stopping by the Mexican stand for their amazing quesadillas, and don’t miss the local honey vendor where you can even grab fresh honeycomb. It’s a fun, laid-back way to spend a morning or afternoon!
Val's Bakery
Val’s Bakery in downtown Dayton is one of our favorite spots to visit when we’re in the area. They’re always rotating something new onto the menu, so there’s usually a fresh treat to try each time we stop by. Their pastries are phenomenal, and the coffee is just as good—making it the perfect place to slow down and enjoy a little time together. It’s a simple outing we always look forward to! ☕🥐
The Silos
The Silos in Dayton is a spot we like to visit from time to time when we’re in the mood for something laid-back and local. It’s home to a variety of small businesses where you can grab a drink or a bite to eat, all in one space. The atmosphere is welcoming and community-focused, with an urban, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to hang out and unwind. It’s a great place to spend some time and experience a unique side of Dayton!
Little Fish Brewing Company - Dayton Station
Little Fish Brewing Company in downtown Dayton is one of our go-to spots when we’re craving a great drink and a cozy bite to eat. They specialize in sours and ciders, with a rotating tap list that always keeps things fresh and interesting. Trinity and I love stopping by here together—it’s relaxed, welcoming, and consistently delicious. Be sure to try the grilled cheese and tomato soup while you’re there… it’s some of the best in the Dayton area! 🍻🧀
BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse
BJ’s Brewhouse in Beavercreek holds a special place for us—this is where Trinity has worked from her senior year of high school all the way through college! It’s a spot we know well and love returning to. They’ve got a huge menu with just about every type of food you can think of, plus a great selection of beers to pair with it. If you go, you have to try a Pizookie… just trust us on that one! 🍪
The Greene
The Greene Town Center is a go-to spot for just about everything—it’s a lively, open-air shopping center right in the heart of the area. With a wide mix of stores, restaurants, and even a movie theater, you can find a little bit of everything all in one place. We find ourselves here often since we both love to shop, and it’s always a fun place to spend a few hours exploring! 🛍️
