Yes - we will be having a welcome event on the evening of Friday 9/8 with food and drinks for anyone who wishes to join us! The welcome event will be held at 7pm at Moksha Farms PDX located at 10425 NW Helvetia Rd, Hillsboro Oregon. The property is located just past Helvetia Tavern.
Yes! We are shooting for cocktail attire - please no t-shirts, blue jeans, or shorts. Ladies please be mindful that the majority of the property is grass, so take this into consideration when selecting footwear (flats, sandals, wedges, and thicker heels are recommended).

YES - we have a hotel block designated for us at the Staybridge Suites in Hillsboro on Cherry Drive. 30 studios have been reserved from Wednesday 9/6 - Tuesday 9/12, so be sure to get your rooms booked before they are all gone! We highly recommend considering this as an option - the more rooms that are booked, the cheaper the prices for everyone!
Yes, but we will be very limited as to how many cars we will be able to fit. Please consider riding together or utilizing Lyft / Uber (especially if you plan on drinking)!
