We hope to answer all your burning questions here. If not, feel free to reach out to either of us.
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that would be very helpful! Our last day to RSVP is August 25, 2025. Our vendors require us to provide head-counts by this date, and any unanswered RSVPs will be counted as a "No." All RSVPs will be done online.

Question

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are all taking place at the same venue, Brindare Estate: 641 Main Street, St. Helena, CA 94574

Question

Are there any other wedding events happening?

Answer

Yes! We're hosting a welcome dinner for everyone at Gott's Roadside St. Helena on Thursday, September 25. For more details on the welcome dinner and our ceremony, check out the Schedule tab. We ask that you RSVP for the welcome dinner by September 8 so we can give the restaurant a final head count.

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will be taking place in an outdoor area. We will transition indoors for dancing. Cocktail hour will take place on grass, so please be mindful of your shoe choice!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving to the venue 20 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking, and settle in before it begins.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos! We would also appreciate if all photo and video were not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy dancing to post anything!

Question

What are my transportation options?

Answer

Free parking will be available in a limited capacity at the venue if you plan on driving. For those staying at The Knoll Napa Valley and UpValley Inn in Calistoga, we will be providing complimentary shuttle service between the hotels and the wedding venue. If you prefer to take a rideshare, we recommend scheduling your ride in advance for the end of the night, as the area around the venue will be quiet.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Everyone has different definitions of what this means, so here is a helpful explanation on The Knot: https://www.theknot.com/content/cocktail-wedding-attire We also do not have special wedding colors we expect guests to wear, so wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing to an evening ceremony in the fall. Colors and patterns encouraged!

Question

What is the weather like in St. Helena?

Answer

St. Helena is typically warmer during the month of September. As our ceremony and dinner will take place outdoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater for layering if you get easily cold at night.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation.

Question

Can my children come?

Answer

This is an adults-only ceremony with the exception of those listed on your invitation. We hope you take this opportunity to treat our wedding as a night to relax and enjoy. We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate accordingly on your RSVP. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find that you will not make it, please notify Ailyn or Jon as soon as you are aware.
