Question

What does it mean to reserve my spot at camp and how do I do it?

Answer

By booking your stay, you have simply reserved a bunk, not an entire cabin. We will complete the cabin assignments as the wedding nears. Cabins vary in size, sleeping somewhere from 6-20 people, and having 2-4 bathrooms/showers. While we hope to accommodate everyone's preference, please remember that sharing a cozy space with family/friends is part of the camp experience! If staying at Camp Cody does not interest you, there are some hotels nearby. We do not however have any rooms reserved.

Question

What should I bring?

Answer

Bedding and Linens! Each person staying on-site has a twin bed with their name on it, but we recommend that you bring your own bedding and linens. Bedding/Linens bundles can be rented for the weekend at camp for a fee of $25 (includes; flat sheet, fitted sheet, blanket, pillow, pillowcase, and 2 towels) if you wish to rent bedding, that needs to be done ahead of time, and it will be waiting for you at check-in. Games- While Camp Cody provides all of the balls and equipment, feel free to bring your own favorite yard games (spikeball, kan jam, sauce toss, etc) you can also bring your own canoes/kayaks if you wish. Snacks- while all meals will be provided, please feel free to bring your favorite snacks for your cabin. Bathing suit and swimmies if you stink at swimming. Adult Beverages!

Question

What should I not bring?

Answer

Peanut butter (talking to you Parker) no but for real, its a nut-free facility and they're dead serious about it. Your children. We love your kids, we really do. With that being said, this is your weekend off. Leave the kiddos with a sitter and lets get wild.

Question

What do I wear?

Answer

Dress to the 9's for the actual wedding. We're just chillin the rest of the weekend. Hopefully the weather cooperates and we're in shorts and flip flops all weekend.

Question

Booze?

Answer

Ohhhh Yeah. Camp Cody is a BYOB property, and beer, wine, and seltzers are welcome everywhere. We will be providing all of the booze for the wedding, and will have some full coolers scattered around the property. We encourage you to bring a cooler full of your favorite beverages for your cabins, as the more beer the better. NH has some weird rules regarding hard alcohol so feel free to do your thing, but make sure to utilize the trusty red solo cups if you’re out and about with a drink that didn’t come in a can.

Question

What if I decide to stay at a nearby hotel or just come up for the day?

Answer

You are welcome to join us at Camp Cody for as much or as little as you’d like. If you plan on joining us for meals, the meal package is available for $60 per person. If delicious meals aren't your thing, feel free to head over to camp Friday night after dinner and/or Saturday after brunch.

Question

How do I pay and how do I tell you what I’m paying for?

Answer

Venmo! Like we said on our invitations, this is a different style than most weddings, as the entire camp property has been rented out. Camp Cody only accepts payments for accommodations in large lump sums through us, which means that you will Venmo us, and we will pay Camp Cody accordingly. After you RSVP to the wedding, please visit our Venmo @ProvencalWedding Once there, please utilize the description to tell us what you are paying for, and send the appropriate amount. Examples: Full Weekend (Name) $220 Full Weekend (X2 Names) $440 Saturday Only (Name) $110 Saturday Only (X2 Names) $220 Meals Only (Name) $60 Meals Only (X2 Names) $120 Full Weekend & Linens (Name) $245 Full Weekend & Linens (X2 Names) $490 Meals are included with your stay, the meals only package is only for those who choose to stay off-site but want to dine with us. If you wish to stay with us, but you do not have a Venmo, find a friend who does have a Venmo and use theirs. (just kidding). If you do not have access to Venmo, reach out to us, and we will figure something else out. Venmo: @ProvencalWedding
