Wedding Shuttle Information (Important Time Zone Note) Our wedding events and hotel are in different time zones. The ceremony/reception are in Central Time (CST), and the hotel is in Eastern Time (EST). After the Ceremony: Guests staying at Four Winds are welcome to drive to the hotel and take the shuttle from the hotel to the reception. A return shuttle will bring guests back to the hotel after the reception ends. ⸻ Shuttle Schedule (Departing Four Winds Hotel – EST): • First wave: 3 shuttles (approx. 55 guests total) Ready at 6:00 PM EST, and will leave as they fill. Final departure: no later than 6:30 PM EST • Second wave (for guests wanting more time at the hotel): 1 large shuttle (approx. 32 guests) Departing no later than 7:10 PM EST ⸻ Reception Timing (Central Time / CST): • Cocktail hour begins at 6:00 PM CST (7:00 PM EST) • Dinner begins around 7:00 PM CST (8:00 PM EST)
