What about plus ones?

Answer

We have allocated the amount of plus ones we can have. We have a certain limit that the Willow Oak room will hold and be comfortable. We will also have the amount of seats allocated on the RSVP's. Thank you for understanding!

What is the dress code?

Sunday best! Don’t go to church? We would love to see you in your beautiful casual dresses and your handsome button ups with jeans (you can keep what you wear comfortable) If you have any questions on your outfit send them Kacey’s way!

What happens if I show up late?

Answer

We ask you to show up on time due to the amount of items we have paid for. If you are running behind please understand you might not be allowed in the Ceremony and have to wait for the Reception. Thank you for understanding!

Didn’t RSVP?

Answer

We have an RSVP date set that way we can get enough food and place settings prepared. If you do not RSVP, there will not be a spot nor a plate of food for you.

Are kids welcome?

Absolutely if they are listed on the invite! If you are unsure shoot Kacey a text and she will clarify everything for you!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is a specific parking lot for the Willow Oak room, if you put in the proper address it will send you straight to it. You need to park in the TOP parking lot where the senior center and Willow Oak room is at. Do not park where the gym entrance is at unless you want to walk up to the entrance of the Willow Oak room
