Attire will be Beach Formal. Cocktail dresses for women with small heels or strapped sandals. As for men, long or short sleeve button down with slacks and close toed shoes. We please ask everyone to not wear jeans nor flip flops. Since the ceremony will take place on the bay, you may want a light jacket and/or an umbrella just in case! There will also be a place for you to ditch your shoes and a station to remove sand from your feet should you choose to be barefoot for our ceremony.
Unfortunately, due to the intimate nature of our big day and our venues capacity, we simply can not afford all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore invitation only. If your invite does not specify "and guest", the invitation is only for the guest written on the invite. Thank you so much for understanding!
Although we adore your children, we have decided to make our big day an adults-only event. We want our day to be your day off too!
We would suggest you begin arriving by 6:00pm, our ceremony begins at 6:30pm. There is a small parking lot connected to the beach where the ceremony will be held. However, you can park on the side of the streets leading up to the beach as well.
There will be no shuttles or transport provided from any specific location. However, our ceremony is only 2 blocks from our reception dinner venue. Uber &Lyft are convenient options and since everything is so close, should not be very pricey.
All food will be prepared on site at our reception dinner. There will be a menu of select dishes to choose from. Should you need any other action, just let your waiter/waitress know and they can prepare it for you as needed.
Since we are having a formal reception dinner, there will be an after party at Water Street Bar and Grille beginning around 10:15pm. &We will have several small plates provided for anyone who would like to dance the night away with us on the water at the place where it all began!
We will be providing an open bar at our reception dinner. However, at the after party, it is up to you!
