After Nathan decided to go study at a local coffee shop with his friend, he and Kabrina bonded over being from California (the best state out there). Nathan continued to go to Kabrina’s work to "study", and "enjoy the coffee" (he hates coffee) - only taking breaks to play pool with Kabrina, coincidentally, whenever she worked a shift. As time went on, Nate and Kabrina started to hang out more outside of her work, and finally started their relationship (incredibly) 3 days before Nate left for a deployment. When he returned they spent time together traveling, eating, and playing with Kabrina's cats at home. After a year of having an amazing time together, they got to a point where they realized they didn't want it to end!
