Only God really knew how He would bring them together. In 2021, Kabrina found herself in need of a job. She was determined to take a break from teaching. When she got an offer to teach preschool, she had to really think about it. She ended up loving it. Around the same time, Jeremy needed a preschool for his son. He was unsure about it, but thankful to find the school where Kabrina worked. Kabrina was Luke's safe place at school and had a special bond. It was always professional between them during Luke's time in preschool. She had no idea that she had caught the eye of Jeremy. She always thought he was attractive and a great dad, but really didn't think he would see her that way. When Luke graduated, we thought that was it. Fast forward a few years, and Kabrina friended Jeremy on Facebook. It took him months to accept it. Apparently, she had caught his eye, and he still thought about her all these years later. He ended up messaging Kabrina, and after the first date, it was obvious that God had led them back to each other. On May 29th 2026, Jeremy got down on one knee under the tree where they will get married. They are so thankful and excited to start their life together with Luke.
