Met Garrett: in grad school (Michigan State: Chemistry) in 2013. Lives: in Minnesota with his partner Krista & pups Ender & Mazer. Fun fact: Garrett & Dan used to play Rock Band in Dan’s freezing ass basement, forcing Garrett to dress in layers like Gandalf and proclaim “None Shall Pass!”

Met Garrett: through work at AbbVie in 2024. Lives: in Illinois with his partner Allison, son Jamie, and pup Charlie. Fun fact: David and Garrett are both from Oregon but met in Illinois and became fast friends working together at AbbVie and over many memorable game nights.

Met Kasha: at Emerson’s birth. Lives: partly Portugal, partly Indy. Fun fact: Kasha & Em overlapped at Purdue & even went to a party together. They at one point both got Covid & quarantined in one room together. They also have a shared tattoo.

Met Garrett: at a Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation support group in Denver in 2019. Lives: in Colorado with her partner Jacob, kitty Moxie, & pup Ula. Fun fact: Garrett & Ginny share a love of their guts and have been cross-country skiing together in the gorgeous Colorado mountains.

Met Garrett: in grad school (Michigan State: Chemistry) in 2013. Lives: in New York with his partner Jess & daughter Maisy. Fun fact: Garrett & Josh have gone on way too many trips to Crunchy’s & Dagwood’s and had lots of memorable lunches in Garrett’s old research lab.

Met Kasha: in elementary school in 2005, lived down the street from each other. Lives: in Indiana with her partner Earl and pup Winston. Fun fact: Kasha & Kaitlin had a cupcake decorating ‘business’ together for a time. Also an elaborate handshake & some music videos. Both are fans of Psych the Musical.

Met Kasha: in a Spain study abroad program in 2016. Lives: in Maryland, and for Broadway musicals. Fun fact: Kasha & Katie have been to 6 countries together. Neither enjoyed Poland. Both very much enjoyed Austria & have reenacted parts of the Sound of Music together.

Met Kasha: at Purdue orientation, day one of their college career in 2015. Lives: In Indy with her partner Bryce, cats Greg & Mason, & pup Evie. Fun fact: Kasha & Lucy had to share a bathroom during the worst of Kasha’s disease. Somehow are still friends. Also hid a hamster (Fang) together in their dorm room.

Met Kasha: through Bumble friends in 2024. Lives: in Illinois with her partner Mike, pups Simba & Baloo, ducks Daisy & Scroogette, and bunnies Thumper & Remi. Fun fact: Kasha creepily guessed Melissa was her neighbor because she walked by a house with ducks all the time and Melissa had ducks on her profile.
Morgan

Met Kasha: at Purdue orientation as group leaders their sophomore year in 2016. Lives: in Ohio with her partner Ethan, son Simon, & kitties Merlin, Nikolai, and Butters. Fun fact: Kasha & Morgan graduated with similar degrees (for the trees). Morgan introduced Kasha to hookah & took her to her first college party. What a great influence she was.
Noëlie

Met Kasha: in high school during a history class we both loved (what nerds) in 2013. Lives: unhappily in Kentucky, but really in Indiana with her fam & kitties. Fun fact: Kasha once tried to drag Noëlie into a haunted cave. They also both love anime, reading, & talking politics. They survived the musical Cats together (barely).

Met Garrett: in grad school (Michigan State: Chemistry) in 2011. Lives: in Wisconsin with his partner Emily & kids Gus, Otto, & Genevieve, & pup Griffin. Fun fact: Garrett & Stephen bonded over memorable camping trips and the impressive towing capacity of Emily’s dad’s minivan.

Met Kasha: in a class about the laws & allocation of the Colorado River in 2022. Lives: in Colorado with her partner Brian & pup Aspen. Fun fact: Kasha & Tanya spent 2 weeks rafting down the Grand Canyon together with no cell service or outside contact. Successfully avoided being stung by scorpions.
