Why did you choose to elope?
Answer
We realized early on—around our two-year dating anniversary—that what mattered most to us was the commitment itself. That was when we knew we would elope so we could focus on that moment together, in a way that felt true to who we are. We knew we would not be able to truly enjoy the day as it was meant to be cherished, unless we were able to focus only on one another.

Why did you choose June 10th?
Answer
Our dating anniversary is October 6th, so we loved the idea of choosing June 10th as a sweet, flipped version of that special date. 10/06 to 06/10 - The plans for our special day (photography/videography/dress/ect.), were finalized in secret, between just the two of us, months before our wedding day. Anyone who knows us, also knows, Autumn is a busy time of year for both of us with hunting and exploring the outdoors, so the beginning of Summer was the perfect time of year.

Will you have a reception to celebrate later down the road?
Answer
We haven’t finalized any plans as of right now, but we’re open to celebrating with friends and family in a way that feels right to us. We understand that this is an important milestone and there are family members who may want to be a part of this life event. Reception details will be posted on this website if we decide to have a big celebration!

Where did you guys get married?
Answer
We carefully chose the lower lake at Roman Nose as the special place where we made our promises to each other. You may notice on the envelopes and details card in your announcement we gave you a sneak peek into what our special day looked like.

Why didn't you guys have a traditional wedding?
Answer
We’ve always envisioned putting down roots together, so choosing to invest in our future home felt more meaningful to us than a large celebration. Which is why our wish lists and wedding registry may look a lot different than your traditional couple!

Can we see photos from your day?
Answer
YES! We will absolutely share photos from our special day! (and we cannot wait!) We will update our social medias and this website with photos from the day of.

Do you guys have a wedding registry/how can we support?
Answer
We’re so grateful for those who have shown us their love and support. For those who have asked, we’ve created a registry and are also putting down roots as we build our dream home. Who was there on your Wedding Day?
Answer
Nobody! (mostly) Aside from our officiant, our baker, our photographer, and our videographer, we enjoyed our wedding day with only one another.
