Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony promptly starts at 10:30 am so we recommend guests arrive 15-20 minutes before the start time to get settled. The ceremony site is behind the community hall under the redwoods.
Question
Are the ceremony and reception in the same venue and how will the day look like?
Answer
The lunch reception will follow immediately after the ceremony on the courtyard then inside the community hall. We anticipate festivities to go until 2:30 pm.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors so we suggest attire that is dressy but comfortable. We recommend wearing flats and bringing hats in case it’s an especially sunny day. Average temperatures for Oakland in July are in the 70s/low 80s but check the weather beforehand.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Piedmont Community Hall is a community park so there is LIMITED free parking onsite (see map above). There’s also parking in the surrounding neighborhoods but please follow the posted parking signs. We recommend using a rideshare service if you can.

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?
Answer
