When should I RSVP by?

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress code: Semi formal. For women, semi-formal dress or pantsuit, skirt and dressy top. For men, dress shirt or blazer and pants combination, necktie optional. Dress colors to avoid: white, red, sage green (bridal color).

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, so try to arrive about 15 minutes beforehand to get a seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of free on site parking at The Royal Ambassador. It is a short 2 minutes walk from the parking lot to the Lakeside Gazebo.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please turn off all phones and cameras during the ceremony. Professional photographers and videographers will be present to capture the moment. You're welcome to take photos after the ceremony.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will take a group photo with all the guests. The bridal party and family will stay for photos for around an hour. Guests can enjoy the venue and walk around to explore, or head straight to the reception room (Consulate) where we will be serving beverages and snacks. Don't forget to sign our guest cards!

We will provide clear transparent umbrellas for the outdoor ceremony; the reception / dinner will be indoors.
