What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30pm, ceremony starts at 4:00pm (followed by a cocktail hour at 4:30pm).

Are kids welcome?

There may be a few kids celebrating with us. Please reach out to us if you have a little one you would like to bring.

Unfortunately, we cannot allow "plus ones" unless we told you otherwise

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you wish to give something, we kindly ask for a monetary gift to help us start our new chapter together! There will be a gift table at the wedding, or please check out our Zola wedding registry on our website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This will be a semi-formal wedding. Wear what makes you comfortable but don't forget to pack your dancing pants.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have wedding room blocks at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA (8-minute drive away from Glen Manor). There are other hotels in the area, but this is the one we recommend. La Quinta is a good alternative across the street from the Publick House.

Is there transportation to and from the airport or the hotels to the venue?

Answer

We do not have formal shuttle transportation set up to and from the airport. An uber from the airport to the venue would be a good option, and try to coordinate with friends/family to carpool! If you need assistance with travel, please reach out to us personally and we will do our best to help coordinate rides. The venue is about an 8 minute drive from most hotels in Sturbridge, MA. There are plenty of parking spots at Glen Manor if you wish to rent a car.

Where do I park for the ceremony or reception?

Feel free to bring your own vehicle to Glen Manor. There will be several spots available adjacent to the venue, and many spots available just a short walk down the driveway to Glen Manor. Please look for signage upon your arrival.

Is there transportation to and from hotels?

Answer

We will have transportation to Glen Manor from The Publick House running every 30 minutes starting at 2pm. Shuttles back to The Publick House from Glen Manor end at midnight. The shuttle can also pick up/ drop off at Quinebaug Cove Campground and La Quinta.

Are there any other fun events during the weekend?

Answer

Yes! Depending on when you arrive, feel free to join for poolside grilling and chilling at the venue on Thursday evening at 7pm. We will also have a bonfire Friday night at 8pm for anyone who wants to join!
